I bring a deep knowledge of Higher education and the nuances of the career development journey of students to my work. I promote the importance of employability and how employability principles can be applied to curriculum or resources in any higher education context or faculty. 

I used this knowledge to train members of the UCT Careers Service advisory team and also in  inductions for new staff and interns.

I can also conceptualise career programmes for schools or foundations who deal with learners or students.
